I’m ashamed to be part of any society that can allow such horror to continue.

6. Those databases may be shared with, or fall into the hands of criminals, blackmailers, law enforcement, private hackers of wireless transmissions, power company employees, and other unidentified parties who may act against the interests of the occupants under metered surveillance.
7. "Smart Meters" are, by definition, surveillance devices which violate Federal and State wiretapping laws by recording and storing databases of private and personal activities and behaviors without the consent or knowledge of those people who are monitored.
8. It is possible for example, with analysis of certain "Smart Meter" data, for unauthorized and distant parties to determine medical conditions, sexual activities, physical locations of persons within the home, vacancy patterns and personal information and habits of the occupants.
9. Your company has not adequately disclosed the particular recording and transmission capabilities of the smart meter, or the extent of the data that will be recorded, stored and shared, or the purposes to which the data will and will not be put.

These days, Bush’s only defenders with respect to 911 are 1) paid liars and hard cases left over from his utterly criminal and illegitimate administration; and 2) idiots whose only source of ‘news’ is Fox. Fox ‘news’, however, is an oxymoron, appropriate I suppose for a network of morons in service to morons.

Bush, it is said, could not have pulled off 911 alone. Of course not! A total tool, it most certainly was not even his idea. He was the ‘titular’ head of a loosely organized gang of power brokers and the motley crew of wing nuts who support them. God knows why

Bush was and probably still is a puppet but not a good one. When the real history is known, we may find ourselves eternally grateful to Bush whose utter incompetence, his palpable stupidity, his painful, hardly bearable inarticulateness revealed however inadvertently the truth about how our nation was usurped by an ever smaller ruling elite. Last time I checked this ‘elite’ was only 1 percent of the total population and most surely diminishing. One day, they will have put themselves out of business. In theory, at least!

Nevertheless, it was under Bush that several wars –some phony, some real –were fought on their behalf. The most obvious war was the one with the phony name: ‘War on Terrorism’, a classic misnomer. It is more accurately described as the ‘War of Oil and Resource Theft’. I suppose that we were expected to believe that God himself intervened with 911 and gave Bushco the pretext it would need to attack and invade those nations having precisely those resources that had been most coveted by the Dick, otherwise called ‘Cheney’.

Fluoridation, the scientific fraud of a century

An overwhelming number of independent scientific research has shown that fluoride is a neurotoxin causing lower IQs [1] , cancer [2][3] , changing bone structure and strength [4-11] , birth defects and prenatal deaths [12] , acute adverse reactions [13][14] , skeletal fluorosis [15][16] , increased lead levels in blood [17] , osteoarthritis [18] , repetitive stress injury [19] , permanent disfigurement of teeth in children [20] , inhibiting of key enzymes and negatively affecting neural system [21] , suppressed thyroid function [22-27] , acute poisoning and impairment of the immune system [14] .

Despite all of this we have long been told that fluoride in small amounts is good to prevent tooth decay. Apparently, this is the only reason why this potent neurotoxin which is more toxic than lead and almost as toxic as arsenic is added into our water supplies, toothpastes, mouth washes, supplement tables and more. Two thirds of U.S water supplies are fluorinated [28] . Other countries like United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, Spain, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Hong Kong, Israel, South Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam and Australia also fluoridate their water in varying degrees [29] . Luckily many European developed nations such as Germany, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Netherlands, Northern Island, Czech Republic and Austria realized the dangers associated with fluoride and refused to add it to their water supplies [30] .

Water fluoridation is only one of the ways to force people to ingest fluoride. Even though you may be lucky and you do not live in the area with fluorinated water it is very likely that you take this neurotoxin on daily basis without your awareness. For example by using fluoride toothpaste and mouthwash, drinking bottled mineral water with added fluoride, taking supplements with added fluoride and so on. Fluoride has been shown countless times to have no beneficial use in dental health whatsoever [35-41] . Some government funded organisations claim that fluoride was proved to help since tooth decay in U.S. Has declined since water fluoridation declined. Exactly the same decline of tooth decay was recorded in other countries that do not fluoridate their water supplies [42] .

Do you honestly think that your government cares about your teeth? If that was the case, would not it be a better idea to add vitamins to the water supplies instead? Further this waste product is even finding its way into certain brands of bottled water as if it is a natural ingredient. Fluoride also turns up as a basic component of Sarin nerve gas, Prozac anti-depressants and the sole ingredient of rat poisons it was used in the Nazi concentration camps to make prisoners "stupid and docile" (Stephens 1995). What doubt is there left to remove? Anyone need only look past the narrow confines of state induced brainwashing to find credible sources that dismiss the lie on fluoridation and connect the dots on one of the greatest medical scams of last century.

The Toronto G20 Police State Crackdown

It appears as if the G20 summit in Toronto is shaping up to be a showdown between anarchists and police. Caught in the middle of the security circus are local residents. If there is violence and property damage, peaceful protesters will also be demonized. The recent bombing of a bank, perpetrated by a so-called anarchist group, has given an excuse to enact more police state measures during the summit. The curious timing of the attack emphasizes the threat of terrorism and further justifies the huge security apparatus being assembled.

Queen’s Park North is now the location of the designated demonstration area during the G20 summit. It was changed after residents opposed a plan to use Trinity-Bellwoods Park. Some activists reject the notion of an official protest site, but if they choose to gather elsewhere it could lead to arrests. Ultimately, police tactics and behaviour will play a big part in determining the outcome of any protests. The Canadian Civil Liberties Association stated, “Freedom of expression is protected throughout Canada: our country, and all of Toronto is a ‘free speech zone.’ Protesters cannot be prevented from demonstrating outside of the‘designated demonstration area,’ particularly when the area set aside is situated in a place that is so remote from the meetings that protesters cannot be directly seen or heard by the leaders. All protesters voices need to be heard, but they must remain peaceful as any violence will taint their message and provoke a police response.

They embody joy, love and skilled articulation combining classical motifs of ballet-like performance with the free form creativity of hip hop. They highlight two individuals at the top of their form who are leading an accelerating global revolt against the lawless war machine's broadening onslaught. More than any other force, the organized crime of the war machine threatens all humanity-- indeed, all life forms-- with imminent oblivion. Please take the time to study this set of amazing videos and disseminate them far and wide.

The event took place on March 9 only hours after the premature termination of Splitting The Sky's Calgary trial. As the trial was being hurriedly shut down by the state, the legendary Cynthia McKinney arrived in Calgary from London to show solidarity with the veteran Mohawk activist. In an event hosted by my own academic unit, Globalization Studies, and by the University of Calgary's Peace Consortium, STS and Ms. McKinney met for the first time. As they shared stories and joined forces, they came to personify the best spirit of defiance rooted in many generations of resistance towards the forces of colonization, enslavement and resource theft. Together STS and the martyred but still-strong former US Congresswoman, Cynthia McKinney, reflect on what humanity must do now that the heritages of slavery in America and the militarized dispossession of Indigenous peoples have been globalized in the name of the fraudulent Global War on Terror.

As I see it, the case of Splitting The Sky versus George W. Bush will become in the future, even more than it has been in the past, a test case to prove the utter bankruptcy of the censoring mainstream media. This professional malfeasance in the CIA-infested mainstream media stands in contrast with the propensity of activist researchers, publishers, journalists, academics, broadcasters and media artists to use the Internet as a vehicle to advance the revolution that we do intend to televise on You Tube.
Of course, the STS story highlights the media cover up of the lies and crimes of 9/11. But that is only the beginning. STS's story starts with the big cover up of the reality that the New World Order of America began in 1492 with a massive genocide that continues to this day. Add to this monumental cover up the continuing obfuscation of the underlying dynamics that compelled the Attica prisoners, including STS, to revolt against their jailers in 1971.

Similarly, the interests of power have good reason to want to suppress understanding of STS's central role in the Gustafsen Lake Indian War in British Columbia in 1995. There, the Canadian Armed Forces, including Joint Task Force Two (which is centrally involved in special operations in Afghanistan) played a major role in the conflict. The accompanying state-sponsored disinformation and smear campaign was brought to light in a court ruling on an extradition proceeding in Portland Oregon in 2000 entitled USA versus Pitawanakwat. The Canadian and B.C. governments' systematic campaign of media disinformation on the Battle of Gustafsen Lake offers a revealing prelude shedding light on the Cheney-Bush regime's strategy of psychological warfare employed to give a false-impresion of legitimacy to the lawless resource grab advanced in the name of Global War on Terror.

The ongoing genocide that began in 1492 continues to advance the theft of natural resources from Indigenous peoples around the world. The founding of America on this primal original crime extends these days to the creation of new forms of appropriation, domination, murder and enslavement. It finds expression in the sweat shops, forced labour camps, torture chambers and assassination squads of the privatized terror economy. George W. Bush gets his day in court! STS vs. Bush trial goes forward

Today the trial of Splitting the Sky commenced. Splitting the Sky attempted a citizens' arrest on credibly accused war criminal George W. Bush on March 17, 2009, and was arrested and jailed for doing so by police. Try as its representatives might to disguise their motivations with the kind PR spin doctoring we witnessed in the court today, the Calgary Police, the RCMP and its contractors were under the Harper government's strict political orders to protect the Alberta home turf of the current minority government that came to power as the holder of the Bushite franchise in Canada. Some have termed this historic proceeding as "The Trial of Splitting the Sky versus George W. Bush." From what I witnessed firsthand on day one, the government attempt to manage this highly volatile convergence of law and politics was an exciting affair.

The morning's proceedings were mostly filled with the testaments of the policemen involved in protecting Bush and arresting STS. Amazingly, when one of the policeman was asked why he had arrested the Mohawk activist, the official contended that he “was protecting STS” from Bush's henchmen. He went on to say that Bush's protectors carry “lethal weapons” and that they would in all have used them to kill the accused man. Rather than seek further information on Bush's private-Blackwater-style militia, the lawyers on both sides of the case passed over this startling revelation.

The presiding magistrate, Judge Manfred Delong, initially appeared, in my view, to be siding with the Crown prosecutor against STS's lawyer, Charles Davison. Davison's initial submission asked the court to allow for a distinction between “Obstructing a Police Officer” and “Preventing a Police Officer from Performing his Duty.” Davison's argument was disallowed by Judge Delong. From that point on, Mr. Davison appeared to be improvising in a defence on which the hopes of many in the anti-war activists are riding.

Certainly the turning point of the day came when STS took the stand to testify in his usual flamboyant, surprising and erudite manner. STS reminded the court that it was the same laws which the minority government eschewed vis-a-vis Bush which were invoked to keep British peace activist George Galloway MP out of Canada last March. STS opined: “All Galloway had been doing was bringing medical aide to Palestinians in Gaza, 2000 of whom Israel had massacred, but they barred Galloway from Canada using the same laws which they should have used to ban George W. Bush.”

Canada Provides Safe Haven for Suspected War Criminal Bush

(March 1, 2010) Calgary – According to legislation enacted in 2000, the Crimes Against Humanity & War Crimes Act bans all who are credibly suspected to have committed war crimes or crimes against humanity from entering Canada or, if they have managed to get in, to arrest them on the spot. This law is supported by international laws to which Canada is signatory.

Yet on March 17th 2009 George W. Bush was in Calgary, Alberta, Canada for a speaking engagement at the Telus Convention Centre which was sponsored by the Calgary Chamber of Commerce.

George Bush stands credibly accused and internationally condemned for war crimes committed, during his reign, in Iraq and Guantanamo Bay as well as in numerous CIA black sites stationed around the world. As Commander-In-Chief of the United States military, George Bush meets the definition of both ‘military commandar’ and superior’ of the Crimes Against Humanity & War Crimes Act (2000) (sec 7) and thus should have been prevented from entering the country or arrested upon entry.

Splitting the Sky, a Mohawk activist from Six Nations, evoking international law and Canada’s own war crimes legislation, requested Calgary police officers to arrest ex-US-president G.W. Bush.

When police refused his demand to uphold the law, Splitting the Sky attempted to carry out a citizen’s arrest of Bush, moving through the police line with his hands over his head yelling, “I am not touching anyone.” He was then arrested and beaten, sustaining a concussion and painful soft tissue injuries.

Splitting the Sky was charged with obstruction of justice and released on $500 bail after being held in jail for 24 hours. All this, in his words, for his attempt “to do MY civic duty, to arrest the credibly suspected war criminal George W. Bush.”
He now faces the possibility of 6 months in jail and a $5000 fine. His trial begins on Monday, March 8, 2010.

There will be a rally to support Splitting the Sky on Monday, March 8, 2010 at 9 am at the Calgary Court House, 601 5 Street S.W.

Media Response to the Growing Influence of the 9/11 Truth Movement

I. Introduction

Until 2009, doubts about the official 9/11 story were briefly entertained by the mainstream media on each anniversary of the event, allowing the independent research community only a fleeting moment once a year to publicly voice its findings.

But after crucial scientific evidence emerged in April 2009 to challenge the official story of how the towers fell, a spate of European media reports followed. The news coverage of this evidence seems to have opened the door to more serious reflection on all aspects of the 9/11 issue in the major media.

The first paper in my series, "The Media Response to 9/11," dealt with the New Statesman's grudging recognition of Dr. David Ray Griffin, the world's "top truther" (as it dubbed him), placing him number 41 among "The 50 People Who Matter Today."1 Since this admission in September 2009, the issue has gathered increasing momentum.

The collective content issuing from this new momentum is presented here in the hope that it will embolden other major media to take up the pivotal controversy concerning 9/11, and pursuing the truth wherever it may lead.

Observations on the Analysis

While carrying out my analysis, I observed five new features in the media treatment of the 9/11 issue that developed as 2009 progressed. They are listed here, so that readers might look for them in the case studies that follow below:
1. The 9/11 issue is increasingly framed not as conspiracy theories versus hard science, but as a legitimate controversy resting on unanswered questions and a search for truth.

2. News reports and television programs examining these controversies have become longer and more balanced.

3. Major media outlets have begun to present the claims of the truth movement first, followed by counter-arguments from defenders of the official story.

4. Major media outlets have begun to include, and even to introduce, extensive evidence to support the claims of the 9/11 truth community.

5. The media treatments increasingly suggest the possibility of a re-investigation into the events of September 11, 2001.
The first part of this essay deals with the crucial scientific evidence that emerged in early 2009, the significance of this evidence in relation to the official story of 9/11, and the immediate news coverage it received.

So last week I picked up a book that I'd read awhile ago, Mutant Message from Forever published 1998 and it opened to page 248. It's about the Australian aboriginal people, written by Marlo Morgan and dedicated to Burnum Burnum, Elder of Wurundjeri Tribe.

I'm still grappling with this wisdom, see what you think:

"Earlier someone mentioned that our people could become undetectable. Mutants coming to save, civilize and rescue us from ourselves could not see us. Years ago I was told that in former times our race could perform illusion and disappear. .."

"It isn't a trick. It is a basic way of life that developed into disappearing because of the consciousness of warriors and aggressors."

If someone came to harm you, someone with a gun, and you were one of the Real People, what could you do? You had no weapon. You wouldn't use it if you did. You were in control of your energy distribution and knew you could not die. You were Forever. So you did not even entertain the emotion of fear. You did not judge this person pointing a gun at you as being wrong. You realized that he was expressing himself at the highest level he would allow himself to be. For him, it was perfect. He was not making a mistake. For him, that was his rightful place at that time. You did observe what was taking place but refused to feed what smelled and tasted unpleasant to you. So you selectively channeled your energy and felt what you believed was right for all of life everywhere. Whenever possible, the best posture is standing, your feet slightly apart, your hands at your side, palms open, facing the challenger. Then you envisioned sparkling light, the spirit energy coming from the earth up through your feet and legs, filling your whole body. Every cell was full of this perfection. You sent this beauty out, beamed it out to the gun bearer. You did not move a muscle yet you hugged and surrounded this person intent on taking your life. You sent him total acceptance, respect, understanding, and love. You talked to the person silently, in head-to-head, heart-to-heart talk. It was important that you explained in this silence, to this man, that he was not making a mistake. That he had never made a mistake. No one can make a mistake. We are traveling from the same source back to the same Source and all are given the same gift. In every circle there is always one last portion of the line to be completed and so it is with us. He, too, was a part of the perfection and it was okay for him to choose this action. That does not mean you agree, or condone it, but you do not judge him. You love the person, not his action.

"When you can accept unconditionally and love this person regardless of the circumstances, his deepest level of awareness is awakened. There is a conflict between his spirit consciousness that knows the truth of who he is, and the limited earthly brain consciousness that believes he is capable of murder. The situation is resolved by the use of the animal emotion taken on by people. His reaction to absolutely unconditional love is 'phear', which is different from the temporary survival emotion taken from the four-legged animals. Humans have added tremendous complications and made fear into this new phenomenon phear. They are afraid of imagined situations, anticipated future events, reoccurrences, anything unexplained,, and are terrified by the purity of true unconditional acceptance. Whatever is pheared the most, manifests, such as a deadly snake. If he has no self-worth and feels he is no one, that his existence doesn't matter to anyone, he won't see anything. Some hunters see snakes or wild boars, and still many have reported that we simply vanished.

"Illusion is in the eye of the beholder. Protection comes from never choosing to believe you need any."

Near the end of the book, there is a list of 'thou shalt' laws '"which have been around even longer than the 'thou shalt not' laws.If the thou shalt laws had been followed, there would not have been any reason for the second set."

Here are the "you should"/"thou shalt" rules for all humans from Mutant Message...

1. You should express your individual creativity

Each individual sees things through her/his own set of circumstances, and so has a unique expression to offer the world. Creativity includes the arts,, but is not limited to that, nor is painting, composing, or writing in any way more significant than the creative measures taken to comfort someone in distress, to bring order to conflict or chaos, or to tell a child a story.

People are not taking advantage of the opportunity to enrich their souls if they believe they have no creative talent or believe some situation in life prohibits this expression. Indeed, it is quite the opposite. When one rises up against the odds, when we strive to release our creative consciousness, it carries great merit.

Society is formed in such a way that not all people have the opportunity to be leaders. Since there are many more followers, expressing our creative flair becomes even more significant. Creativity is meant to be positive, but we are each given free will.
It is possible to use it in a manner that proves negative to oneself and to the world. We can be expressive in the way we comb our hair, select our clothing, arrange our residences, plant a garden, make a craft,, or even mend something. The key seems to be to let your actions express you and work to make everything you express something you are proud of.

2. Realize that you are accountable.

You are a guest on this planet and, as such, are expected to leave it as you found it, or in better condition. You are accountable for caring for the other life-forms that cannot speak for or help themselves. You are accountable for promises you make, agreements you enter into, and for the results of all your actions.
It is important to explain that spiritual evolution does not stop and start., It isn't like turning a water faucet on and off. When a person dies, there is only a pause at some interesting activity while the physical debris is discarded. It is actually impossible to kill anyone. People are Forever beings, although Death does stop the physical expression. You are accountable for your thoughtlessness, as well as all pain and suffering you may have caused to the victim and the reflected influence it has on all others connected to anyone harmed. The deceased person does not hold ill will. It is society that does.

In order to help balance the scales, you must become responsible for everything you say and do. You must learn to honour and cherish life and try to help sustain it.

You are accountable for your body. It is a gift borrowed from the elements that your consciousness helped form and gave life to. To neglect it or to abuse it is to be irresponsible.

Each person is accountable for his//her sexual actions. You are held responsible for guiding the souls of any children conceived, for protecting their bodies,, and for setting positive emotional examples.

This rule goes hand in hand with creativity. You are held accountable for what you create and share with the world, for safeguarding others and not harming life.

3. Before birth you agreed to help others.

The human existence is not one meant to be spent as a sole traveler. We are designed to support and care for one another. Everything we do should be done with the thought in mind, "What is in the highest good for all of life everywhere?"
Service to others means bringing aid, sharing knowledge, and providing a positive addition to someone else's life. All people are born with the right to be treated with respect and dignity. Being of help is extending a hand to the elderly, the children, the ill, and the dying. Service is the opposite of doing things for oneself,, for the glory or the economic income. It means being aware that you are a part of group, the group of human consciousness, and the fate of planet earth rises or falls depending on the group activities.

4. Mature emotionally.

We each express all the emotional feelings, including anger, frustration, depression, hopelessness, guilt, greed, sadness, and worry, as well as joy, happiness, hope, peace, love, and so forth. As you mature and gain insight into what it is to be human, the goal is to grow, to discipline and select your emotions. As someone once said. "You are as happy as you will let yourself be."

Relationships and incidents are circles. They start, continue, and stop at some point. If you mature emotionally, there is no difficulty in closing each circle, leaving no frayed edges, no negative feelings.

It is hoped that you experienced being angry as a child, early in life. You can determine how it feels physically to have your body filled with rage compared to how it feels to use understanding, flexibility, and inner peace. The only way your soul has to connect to your brain awareness is through feeling. If your back hurts, for instance, you should ask why. What does it represent? What can you do to change it? What can you learn? Then take care of what needs to be done physically to correct your body, but don't overlook the thought process and spiritual lessons.

There is also the place of honouring your emotions, especially joy and grief. To suppress either of these can cause physical health challenges to emerge.

One of the most important emotions for the health of any individual and for the health of our planet is the use of laughter., As a human, you are given the awareness, the gift of humour and the ability to express it. Through laughter and lightheartedness, the body can remain healthy and health challenges can be corrected. Humour is a problem suppressor; it adds strength to relationships and brings joy to others. The things we consider humourous and laugh at are to be analyzed closely. The challenge is to avoid being destructive in any manner. Humour is so important to your well-being, do not close your eyes for the night's rest unless you have experienced some laughter or joy during the day. If you haven't, get out of the bed and find something to be happy about.

Clowns are special people, found in every culture. There is a clown in each of us and an appropriate time in our life to expose that aspect of ourselves. We never grow too old to enjoy ourselves as clowns.

But truthfulness is the key. You can't seek the truth about who you are, why you are here, and how you are doing unless you speak only the truth. Always.

5. Entertain

Yes, part of your earthly task is to distract and redirect the focus of other people as well as yourself. Entertaining is deliberate and is meant to cheer the weary, to soothe the frustrated, to comfort the diseased, and to be an outlet for creative expression. Entertaining yourself can aid in self-discipline and in maturing emotionally. The challenge comes in partaking only in positive entertainment and not always remaining in the role of the one being entertained. Entertainment can be an extremely strong influence, but it cannot be separated from accountability.

6. Be a steward of your energy.

Man can neither create nor destroy energy. We can only use it, change it, and rearrange it. All the energy that exists was created in the same instant in time. Every work, every action, every thought you focus on carries with it energy. Our world is made up of nothing else.

Why is it so important at this particular time in history that all humans are reminded that their task is to become stewards of their own energy? Because it is collective energy that results in what we see, and in unseen layers of consciousness that surround people and places. Everything in our world is in the process of building up or eroding away based upon energy level. Each word you utter is released, and goes out into the vapors. Our words are never recaptured, never corrected, never retracted. They become a portion of the layer encircling the planet., Over time, the layer has become so filled with victims' screams, with violent actions, with selfish, limited thoughts that a layer of victim consciousness has now formed. People on earth find it easier to tap into that negativity than to bore through it and reach above it. More than half the souls visiting earth today are in the victim-consciousness mode. We created it, and we must dispel it. This can be accomplished by each of us becoming aware of our stewardship and setting an example. Whatever you focus on grows. Feeling like a victim, blaming others, and wallowing in self-pity only add to the negative vibration. You must change your attitude, forgive and forget, become more optimistic, look to the positive. Put your heart into the other thou shalt tasks, and let all the victim relationship attachments be severed.

7. Indulge in music.

One of the great gifts given the human race is the ability to vocalize in a range of tones more far-reaching than any other life-form and the ability to make instruments that will also produce the sounds of music. Creative expression and entertainment can involve music, but it is so important, it ranks as a separate and distinct task of its own. Music influences all mankind,, and, indeed, the energy of music can be healing for both body and planet. Listening to peaceful music set to the pace of the human pulse can have a profound positive influence on one's nerves and mental state. Everyone is musical and is influenced by it. Music is your soul speaking. It is the voice of our planet communicating to the universe.

8. Strive to achieve wisdom.

Wisdom is a very separate issue from knowledge. Knowledge is learning that can be obtained from many sources: books, schools, the media, and experience. It is what IQ is based upon. A person can be extremely intelligent and not possess one ounce of wisdom. Wisdom is how a person uses knowledge. It is the deliberate, selective decision to act in a certain way or not to act at all, considering the welfare of everyone concerned.

There is no earthly requirement to attend school or to get a degree. Reading and writing are helpful, but they are not necessary to have a successful spiritual journey as a human being.

You must strive toward wise action, bearing in mind that all souls are having the same human experience, all are visitors and guests on Mother Earth. All are one with the Creator. All of creation came from the same One Source. It is a show of wisdom to honour the purpose of all things and to do that which is in the highest good for all life everywhere.

9. Learn self-discipline.

It isn't anyone else's obligation to see that each of us chooses actions that are compatible with peaceful, productive, joyous life on this planet. Unfortunately, laws have been found necessary because people did not live in this way.

It is possible to overindulge. It is possible to become addicted, to be negligent, to be greedy. It is possible to be cruel and to be destructive. Self-discipline will keep these things in check, and help toward the task of gaining wisdom.

Self-discipline can help keep your body healthy. The state of human health is a barometer showing the state of the earth's health. It is necessary to develop self-discipline to experience any inner connectedness of body and soul. Listening to your heart will tell you when something is enough. Learn the difference between hearing what your head says and listening to the message from your heart. Head talk is a product of society. Heart talk is from Forever.

There are no mistakes in terms of Forever. You can't make a mistake because human life is your gift and you are exploring. You can observe what is taking place and, without judging it as wrong, decide that it doesn't smell, taste, or feel intuitively good for your path. You then bless it and walk on. That is how you fulfill the requirement to love everyone. It doesn't mean you like their actions, or how they choose to conduct themselves. But you don't judge the person as being wrong. It is simply not a part of your path. You put no energy in that direction. No words, no actions, no thoughts.

If you judge, you must also learn to forgive. Forgive others, forgive situations, forgive yourself.

By using observation without judgment, there is no forgiveness necessary. Observation is linked to understanding, to knowing the truth that all is in perfect Divine Order, that we as humans are only choosing to live less than our perfection. On a daily basis, we can become closer to our potential and reflectively the world will become a more godly place. Ultimately, we will witness the closing of a beautiful golden circle.

10. Observe without judging.

Observing without judging is sometimes called 'unconditional love'. All humans are spiritual souls. All were created in the same instant. No one is older, smarter, or better off than anyone else. Each was given the same one gift, the gift of free will, freedom of choice. The Source is perfect, and everything created by the Source is perfect. We were created spiritually perfect and have remained so, but our gift lets us believe and act otherwise. We allow ourselves to see ourselves and others as less than perfect and have the adventure of acting less than our potential peaceful selves.

Cheney Should be Required to Testify Under Oath

Following is David Ray Griffin’s Affidavit in support of Splitting the Sky, also known as John Boncore – the man who tried to arrest George Bush. I encourage you to visit his site and learn the details of his heroic efforts in trying to bring the war criminal Bush to justice. I have the honour of knowing STS personally. As well as bringing him to Victoria to lecture at St. Ann’s Academy, I also wrote a piece about this courageous and unique individual: 9/11 Truth is Splitting the Sky

This affidavit is written in support of the claim by John Boncore that former Vice President Dick Cheney should be required to testify under oath in a court of law about his activities in relation to 9/11.

In my various books on the subject, I have shown that there are many good reasons to conclude that the official story about 9/11 false; that the 9/11 attacks were, at least in part, an inside job; and that Dick Cheney was at the center of this criminal and treasonous operation.

I presented this summary as a prima facie argument that the 9/11 attacks had been orchestrated by Cheney, Rumsfeld, and other members of the Bush-Cheney administration.

II. In “The 9/11 Commission Report: Omissions and Distortions” (2005), I showed that “The 9/11 Commission Report,” which appeared in the summer of 2004, had either distorted or simply omitted the evidence summarized in my previous book. In a follow-up essay entitled “The 9/11 Commission Report: A 571-Page Lie” (available on the Internet), I summarized 115 lies of omission or commission in the Commission’s report that I had identified.
Some of these omissions and distortions involved Cheney in particular. For example:
The Commission’s report omitted “Secretary of Transportation Norman Mineta’s testimony, given to the Commission itself, that Vice-President Cheney and others in the underground shelter were aware by 9:26 that an aircraft was approaching the Pentagon.”
The Commission’s report even claimed “that Cheney did not reach the underground shelter (the PEOC [Presidential Emergency Operations Center]) until 9:58”—which was about 45 minutes later than others, such as Mineta, Richard Clarke, and Cheney’s own photographer, said that he had gone down there.
The Commission’s report claimed that “Cheney did not give the shoot-down authorization until after 10:10 (several minutes after Flight 93 had crashed)” while omitting “Clarke’s own testimony, which suggests that he received the shoot-down authorization by 9:50 .”

III. In “Debunking 9/11 Debunking: An Answer to Popular Mechanics and Other Defenders of the Official Conspiracy Theory” (2007)—which was awarded a Bronze Medal in the 2008 Independent Publisher Book Awards—I responded to four publications of 2006 intended to bolster the official theory.
One of those publications was a Vanity Fair article, “9/11 Live: The NORAD Tapes,” which claimed that tapes released by NORAD in 2006 verified the claim of “The 9/11 Commission Report” about why the military was unable to intercept the four hijacked airliners. It claimed, for example, that the military was not even notified about American 77’s troubles until after it had struck the Pentagon—thereby contradicting the military’s earlier report, according to which it had been notified about this flight at 9:24 .
I reported, however, what I was told by Laura Brown, the Deputy in Public Affairs for the FAA. She had sent a memo to the 9/11 Commission explaining that the FAA had the FAA and the military had been in conversation about this flight even long before 9:24 . This memo was read into the 9/11 Commission’s record by Richard Ben-Veniste on May 23, 2003 (where it can still be read). And yet the Commission’s report, in rejecting the 9:24 time in favor of its own claim, simply ignored this memo.

IV. In my 2008 book, “9/11 Contradictions: An Open Letter to Congress and the Press,” I laid out 25 internal contradictions within the official story (in which one supporter of the official story contradicted another).
In some of the chapters, I treated in greater detail than before the above-noted contradictions involving Dick Cheney.
Another chapter deals with a contradiction involving Cheney’s long-time friend, Donald Rumsfeld, who was secretary of defense in 2001. Whereas the 9/11 Commission report supports Donald Rumsfeld’s claim that he was in his office with a CIA briefer until the Pentagon was struck (so that he had no “situational awareness” until almost 10:00), Richard Clarke had reported in his best-selling book, “Against All Enemies,” that Rumsfeld was in the Pentagon’s teleconferencing studio, participating in the teleconference Clarke was running from the White House, from about 9:15 until the Pentagon was struck.
Still another chapter deals with a similar contradiction involving General Richard Myers, who on 9/11 was the acting chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. The 9/11 Commission supported his claim that he was up on Capitol Hill that morning, and that he had no idea what was going on until shortly before the Pentagon was struck. But Richard Clarke had reported that Myers, like Rumsfeld, was in the Pentagon’s teleconferencing studio, where he had ongoing conversations with Clarke about what was going on.

V. In my second 2008 book, “The New Pearl Harbor Revisited: 9/11, The Cover-Up, and the Exposé” (which was named “Pick of the Week” by Publisher’s Weekly in the third week of November 2008), I provided an overview of the cumulative case against the official story. Many of the points made in this book are summarized in the following article (available on the Internet):

Note: Although the points are stated briefly, I give in each case the pages in my most recent book—“The New Pearl Harbor Revisited”—where the issue is documented and discussed more extensively.)

(1) Although the official account of 9/11 claims that Osama bin Laden ordered the attacks, the FBI does not list 9/11 as one of the terrorist acts for which he is wanted and has admitted that it “has no hard evidence connecting Bin Laden to 9/11” (NPHR 206-11).
(
2) Although the official story holds that the four airliners were hijacked by devout Muslims ready to die as martyrs to earn a heavenly reward, Mohamed Atta and the other alleged hijackers regularly drank heavily, went to strip clubs, and paid for sex (NPHR 153-55).

(3) Many people reported having received cell phone calls from loved ones or flight attendants on the airliners, during which they were told that Middle Eastern hijackers had taken over the planes. One recipient, Deena Burnett, was certain that her husband had called her several times on his cell phone because she had recognized his number on her Caller ID. But the calls to Burnett and most of the other reported calls were made when the planes were above 30,000 feet, and evidence presented by the 9/11 truth movement showed that, given the technology of the time, cell phone calls from high-altitude airliners had been impossible. By the time the FBI presented a report on phone calls from the planes at the trial of Zacarias Moussaoui in 2006, it had changed its story, saying that there were only two cell phone calls from the flights, both from United 93 after it had descended to 5,000 feet (NPHR 111-17).

(4) US Solicitor General Ted Olson’s claim that his wife, Barbara Olson, phoned him twice from AA 77, reporting that hijackers had taken it over, was also contradicted by this FBI report, which says that the only call attempted by her was “unconnected” and hence lasted “0 seconds” (NPRH 60-62).

(5) Although decisive evidence that al-Qaeda was responsible for the attacks was reportedly found in Mohamed Atta’s luggage—which allegedly failed to get loaded onto Flight 11 from a commuter flight that Atta took to Boston from Portland, Maine, that morning—this story was made up after the FBI’s previous story had collapsed. According to that story, the evidence had been found in a Mitsubishi that Atta had left in the Logan Airport parking lot and the trip to Portland was taken by Adnan and Ameer Bukhari. After the FBI learned that neither of the Bukharis had died on September 11, it simply declared that the trip to Portland was made by Atta and another al-Qaeda operative (NPHR 155-62).

(6) The other types of reputed evidence for Muslim hijackers—such as videos of al-Qaeda operatives at airports, passports discovered at the crash sites, and a headband discovered at the crash site of United 93—also show clear signs of having been fabricated (NPHR 170-73).

(7) In addition to the absence of evidence for hijackers on the planes, there is also evidence of their absence: If hijackers had broken into the cockpits, the pilots would have “squawked” the universal hijack code, an act that takes only a couple of seconds. But not one of the eight pilots on the four airliners did this (NPHR 175-79).

(8) Given standard operating procedures between the FAA and the military, according to which planes showing signs of an in-flight emergency are normally intercepted within about 10 minutes, the military’s failure to intercept any of the flights implies that something, such as a stand-down order, prevented standard procedures from being carried out (NPHR 1-10, 81-84).

(9) Secretary of Transportation Norman Mineta reported an episode in which Vice President Cheney, while in the bunker under the White House, apparently confirmed a stand-down order at about 9:25 AM, which was prior to the strike on the Pentagon. Another man has reported hearing members of LAX Security learn that a stand-down order had come from the “highest level of the White House” (NPHR 94-96).

(10) The 9/11 Commission did not mention Mineta’s report, removed it from the Commission’s video record of its hearings, and claimed that Cheney did not enter the shelter conference room until almost 10:00, which was at least 40 minutes later than he was really there, according to Mineta and several other witnesses, including Cheney’s photographer (NPHR 91-94).

(11) The 9/11 Commission’s timeline for Cheney that morning even contradicted what Cheney himself had told Tim Russert on “Meet the Press” September 16, just five days after 9/11 (NPHR 93).

(12) Hani Hanjour, known as a terrible pilot who could not safely fly even a single-engine airplane, could not possibly have executed the amazing trajectory reportedly taken by American Flight 77 in order to hit Wedge 1 of the Pentagon (NPHR 78-80).

(13) Wedge 1 would have been the least likely part of the Pentagon to be targeted by foreign terrorists, for several reasons: It was as far as possible from the offices of Rumsfeld and the top brass, whom Muslim terrorists presumably would have wanted to kill; it was the only part of the Pentagon that had been reinforced; the reconstruction was not finished, so there were relatively few people there; and it was the only part of the Pentagon that would have presented obstacles to a plane’s flight path (NPHR 76-78).

(14) Contrary to the claim of Pentagon officials that they did not have the Pentagon evacuated because they had no way of knowing that an aircraft was approaching, a military E-4B—the Air Force’s most advanced communications, command, and control airplane—was flying over the White House at the time. Also, although there can be no doubt about the identity of the plane, which was captured on video by CNN and others, the military has denied that it belonged to them (NPHR 96-98).

(15) The Secret Service, after learning that a second World Trade Center building had been attacked—which would have meant that terrorists were going after high-value targets—and that still other planes had apparently been hijacked, allowed President Bush to remain at the school in Sarasota, Florida, for another 30 minutes. It thereby revealed its foreknowledge that Bush would not be a target: If these had really been surprise attacks, the agents, fearing that a hijacked airliner was bearing down on the school, would have hustled Bush away. On the first anniversary of 9/11, the White House started telling a new story, according to which Bush, rather than remaining in the classroom several minutes after Andrew Card whispered in his ear that a second WTC building had been hit, immediately got up and left the room. This lie was told in major newspapers and on MSNBC and ABC television (NPHR 129-31).

(16) Given the fact that the Twin Towers and WTC 7 had steel columns running from their basements to their roofs, they simply could not have come down as they did—straight down at virtually free-fall speed—unless these columns had been sliced by means of explosives. Therefore, the official theory, according to which the buildings came down because of fire plus (in the case of the Twin Towers ) the impact of the planes, is scientifically impossible (NPHR 12-25).

(17) The destruction of the Twin Towers had many other features—such as the horizontal ejections of steel beams, the melting of steel, and the sulfidation and thinning of steel—that can be explained only in terms of powerful explosives. For example, the fires could not have come within 1000 degrees Fahrenheit of the temperature needed to melt steel (30-36).

(18) Members of the FDNY (Fire Department of New York ) provided oral histories shortly after 9/11 in which one fourth of them testified to having witnessed explosions in the Twin Towers . Explosions in the WTC 7 as well as the towers were also reported by city officials, WTC employees, and journalists (NPHR 27-30, 45-48, 51).

(19) Mayor Rudy Giuliani told Peter Jennings of ABC News that day: “we set up headquarters at 75 Barclay Street . . . , and we were operating out of there when we were told that the World Trade Center was going to collapse. And it [the South Tower] did collapse before we could actually get out of the building.” However, there was no objective basis for expecting the towers to collapse; even the 9/11 Commission admitted that none of the fire chiefs expected them to come down. The FDNY oral histories show that the information that they were going to collapse came from the Office of Emergency Management—Giuliani’s own office. How could Giuliani’s people have known that the towers were going to come down, unless they knew that the buildings had been laced with explosives? (NPH 40)

(20) NIST, which produced the official reports on the Twin Towers and (recently) WTC 7, has been “fully hijacked from the scientific to the political realm,” so that its scientists are little more than “hired guns,” a former employee has reported, and the 9/11 Commission was no more independent, being run by Philip Zelikow, who was essentially a member of the Bush White House (NPHR 11, 238-51).

(21) The official story about 9/11 is now rejected by constantly growing numbers of physicists, chemists, architects, engineers, pilots, former military officers, and former intelligence officials (NPHR xi).

VI. To expand on the final point of that essay: During recent years, the official story has been publicly rejected by various organizations of scientists and professionals.

These organizations include Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth (which has over 700 licensed members), Firefighters for 9/11 Truth, Intelligence Officers for 9/11 Truth, Pilots for 9/11 Truth, Religious Leaders for 9/11 Truth, Scholars for 9/11 Truth and Justice (which has hundreds of scientists), Scientific Panel for the Investigation of Nine-Eleven, Veterans for 9/11 Truth (which includes several former military officers), and Political Leaders for 9/11 Truth (which includes past or present members of the parliaments of Australia, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Pakistan, Sweden, the UK, the United States, and Europe).
As these organizations show, among independent scientists and professionals in the relevant fields who have studied the evidence, the weight of scientific and professional opinion is now overwhelmingly on the side of the 9/11 Truth Movement.

VII. The quality and breadth of the 9/11 Truth Movement’s support is also illustrated by the list of people who have endorsed my books, which includes:

VIII. There is, in sum, more than enough evidence to subpoena former Vice President Dick Cheney in order to force him to testify under oath about what really happened on 9/11, beginning with contradictions involving his own activities.

If Mineta’s testimony is to be taken into account, and there is no apparent reason why it should not be, questions about the timing of events the morning of 9/11 come into focus. Most obvious is, if the standing order given by the Vice President prior to the aircraft hitting the Pentagon was not a shoot down order, then what was it? Perhaps it was the danger of this question, and the danger that Cheney would have had to commit perjury to uphold the timeline reported in the mainstream press, that caused the Vice President to testify to the Commission along with the President in closed session, with no transcript, no witnesses, and no public accountability.

Today, multiple serious investigations are underway as to the evidence used by the Bush administration to justify the war in Iraq (Plame/Wilson incident), and when the administration actually decided to invade Iraq (Downing Street Memos). In fact, it is widely known that Bush declared his desire to invade Iraq to an official biographer in 1999, even before he was appointed President by the Supreme Court. Given what is known today about the deceiving of the American public in order to justify the invasion of Iraq, and given what is known about the 9/11 Commission Report and the unanswered questions surrounding the attacks of 9/11. Is there not sufficient reason to include 9/11 in the overall inquiry into possible criminal actions of the Bush-Cheney administration?

Police State Canada 2010 and the Dark Side of the Olympics

The 2010 Winter Olympic Games will be held in Vancouver, British Columbia, from February 12-28. It will be the largest security operation in Canadian history. Military planners will undoubtedly use it as a template for securing future high profile events. Canadian security officials continue to work closely with their American counterparts in preparation for the test that the Games will pose to the security of its shared border. Integration of Canada’s security and military structures with the U.S. have already been advanced through the North American Aerospace Defence Command (NORAD), NORTHCOM, the Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP), the Bi-National Planning Group, the Civil Assistance Plan, as well as other initiatives. Training and security provisions for the Olympics might be used to further accelerate the merging of U.S-Canada command structures and the militarization of North America. The 2010 Olympics will be a hellhole of police state measures with far-reaching effects that could remain in place long after the Games are finished.

In advance of the 2010 Games, anti-Olympic groups have been subjected to surveillance and harassment by police and intelligence agencies. There is a concerted effort to curb any protests during the Olympics and restrict the right to freedom of assembly and freedom of speech. City of Vancouver 2010 Winter Games By-laws will limit protesters to specific free speech zones. They will prevent anyone who is not licensed to do so, from carrying signs or handing out materials on or near Olympic venues and other designated city property. Violators could face huge fines or jail time. A lawsuit has been filed which challenges the Olympic sign law. It was filed by Chris Shaw, a professor at the University of British Columbia and student Alissa Westergard-Thorpe. Shaw is an outspoken critic of the Olympics and author of the book Five Ring Circus. Regardless of the outcome of the lawsuit, he plans to criticize the Games with signs and the distribution of leaflets at prohibited sites. Under another by-law possession of any voice, amplification equipment on city property is prohibited for the duration of the Games. Many of the by-laws are an attempt to quell dissent and give the illusion that everyone supports the Olympics. They can only be described as unconstitutional. It will be interesting to see if any LRAD sound cannon weapons, which were used against protesters at the recent G20 Summit in Pittsburgh, will be deployed at the Olympics. Some of the police state measures being enacted for the Vancouver Olympics are temporary, but others including infrastructure, will remain in place long after the Games are over.

Security measures at the 2010 Vancouver Olympic Games will be an indication of what to expect at other upcoming events. In June of the same year, Canada will host the G8 as well as the G20 Summits. Both will attract their share of protests. Canada is also expected to host the 2010 North American Leaders Summit where security measures could dwarf what was witnessed at the 2007 Summit in Montebello, Quebec. Some will recall that anarchist protesters were identified as police provocateurs. There are fears that police could infiltrate anti-Olympic groups, in order to stage events which would justify a crackdown during the 2010 Winter Games. It is important to be aware of those who not only seek to demonize peaceful protesters, but also incite angry and violent responses by police. In some cases, police do not need an excuse as was evident at the recent G20 Summit in Pittsburgh and this could be a prelude of what to expect in the coming year. Remember those "Magic Eye" pictures that were so popular a few years ago, also known as Stereograms. They look like a bunch of visual nonsense at first glance, but if you stare at the graphic from about 15 inches away, and try to visualize your focus on a point in space 6 inches behind the surface, a 3d image will appear.

This optical illusion I have put together for the anniversary of 9/11. In a rather poignant way, it is analogous to the present situation we our now facing against the real architects behind most of the conflict and misery in our world.

The solution is right in front of our eyes, and just like the picture above - the answer will become clear to those who care enough about the problem to study it and figure it out.

In 2005, the Inter-Governmental Working Groups (IGWG) of member states, a United Nations group, created what was to become the International Health Regulations, 2005.

*Article 21 of the WHO Constitution

The Health Assembly shall have the authority to adopt regulations concerning:

(a) Sanitary and quarantine requirements and other procedures to prevent the international spread of disease;

*Article 22 of the UN Constitution

Regulations adopted pursuant to article 21 shall come into force for all members after due notice has been given after their adoption by the Health Assembly except for such members as may notify the Director General of rejection or reservations within the period stated in the notice. (Few members did notify; without result)
Several nation states objected to the WHO Constitutional provisions which rejected federalism: in the context of the UN Constitution, meaning the right of sovereign states to retain central authority in times of crisis or UN intervention. Several drafts on a proposed Article asserting Federalism, wherein [nation] states would remain the central authority but which would allow the WHO via the United Nations to implement emergency plans was ultimately rejected by the member states involved in IGWG. This rejection of federalism was the member states acquiescence to WHO imposed assumption of government, in the event of a declared health emergency. WHO made clear it would not be subservient to [nation] states.

In other words: the member states agreed to step back and allow the WHO to assume control over entire countries, setting aside the legal government, any laws or regulations if the member state or the WHO declared a health emergency for a period of no longer than 90 days: a time line which can be extended. WHO claims this authority as the world guardian of commerce and trade in times of crisis which includes surveillance and access to intelligence information also claiming that in these situations, WHO will be the determining authority and UN regulations will prevail over sovereign laws and statues in the [nation] states.

Reading through more than fifty WHO documents, it became quite clear the actual objections to any WHO provisions came from the possibility of impediments to trade and commerce. Public health seemed to be more of cause of action, rather than a priority. Many third worlds countries and countries which are suffering severe economic and food crisis were understandably concerned with this unilateral authority assumed by the WHO. The obvious opportunity to overtake a poorer nation and its resources under the guise of an inter-national health threat when the WHO centers its policies on health by first considering the impact on commerce and trade was understandably a serious concern. The World Trade Organization, also a United Nations creation, put its two cents in the debate, insisting on trade and commerce being the first priority in a health emergency, declared or undeclared. But that’s a whole other article in and of itself.

The World Health Organization is fully engaged in an ongoing political and legal process regarding its assumed authority, which it voted to give itself via the Security Council, to intercede in sovereign nation states when it declares an “Inter-National Health Emergency”. WHO, through its International Health Regulations, does claim the authority to supra impose its World Health Initiative (WHI) on all participating states (nations). This assumed authority does include the capacity to suspend sovereign laws and regulations, supplanting them with WHO initiatives, planning, agenda, and regulations if they, or any member government declares a national health emergency.

Model States Emergency Health Powers Act (MSEPHA)

MSEPHA was devised by the WHO, and adopted by the Department of Homeland Security. It was fully engrossed by the CDC at the end of 2001, which promoted the plan to the sovereign states of the US, and then adopted verbatim in most cases by 39 states. These model state emergency plans mimic the WHO in their claims to seize property, use deadly force, forcibly examine or quarantine the citizenry and forcibly vaccinate the citizenry. And that’s the short list.

After federal border agents detained several Mexican immigrants in western New York in June, an article about the incident in a local newspaper drew an onslaught of vitriolic postings on its Web site. Some were racist. Others attacked farmers in the region, an apple-growing area east of Rochester, accusing them of harboring illegal workers. Still others made personal attacks about the reporter who wrote the article.

Most of the posts were made anonymously. But in reviewing the logs of its Internet server, the paper, The Wayne County Star in Wolcott, traced three of them to Internet protocol addresses at the Department of Homeland Security, which oversees border protection.

Homeland Security started an investigation into the posts this month, according to the reporter, Louise Hoffman-Broach, and Richard M. Healy, the Wayne County district attorney. A spokeswoman for the federal agency’s inspector general said she could neither confirm nor deny an investigation; department rules prohibit the use of office equipment for the personal transmission of material that could offend fellow employees or the public.

ATLANTA – A federal judge ruled Thursday that airlines and other companies in the industry that are being sued by families of terrorism victims can’t question FBI agents about the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks.

The defendants wanted to depose the agents and sought access to other evidence related to the investigation of the attacks that killed nearly 3,000 people in order to show at trial that the government’s failure to catch the terrorists and prevent the attacks mitigates and excuses any alleged fault on the aviation companies’ part.

The government objected.

The ruling by U.S. District Judge Alvin Hellerstein said the defendants have also argued that the terrorists likely would have succeeded even if the defendants had exercised due care.

“The issues to be tried relate to the acts and omissions of the aviation defendants, not the government,” Hellerstein wrote in his ruling. “The government’s failures to detect and abort the terrorists’ plots would not affect the aviation defendants’ potential liability.”

There was no immediate comment from the defendants or their lawyers. Spokespersons for UAL Corp.’s United Airlines, AMR Corp.’s American Airlines and US Airways Group Inc. declined to comment. Lawyers for several airlines did not immediately return calls seeking comment. Other defendants include Delta Air Lines Inc., Continental Airlines Inc., AirTran Airways, Boeing Co. and several airport authorities and security companies.

The judge said he plans to set a trial date for the lawsuits involving three wrongful death cases and 19 property damage cases on July 28.

Many relatives of victims of the attacks received money from a special national fund established to compensate victims’ families, though some relatives chose to sue instead.

The lawsuits claim negligence on the part of the defendants and seek to recover damages for injuries and fatalities, property damage and business loss that occurred as a result of the attacks. According to court papers, the plaintiffs have alleged or have indicated they are likely to allege that the aviation companies should have anticipated that terrorists would hijack planes and crash them into buildings in coordinated suicide attacks, and that the defendants should have put in place security procedures to effectively defend against such attacks.

The government urged the judge to block the aviation companies from interviewing six current and former FBI employees who the companies say would be able to testify as to what intelligence the FBI, CIA, Federal Aviation Administration and airlines had before the attacks regarding the terrorists’ plans and capabilities, as well as how the entities shared and exploited the intelligence.

The government argued that it would be impossible to interview the employees without disclosing classified or privileged material that could cause serious damage to national security and interfere with pending law enforcement proceedings.

What is the Hegelian Dialectic? Wikipedia explains it:

"Hegelian dialectic, usually presented in a three-fold manner, was stated by Heinrich Moritz Chalybäus as comprising three dialectical stages of development: a thesis, giving rise to its reaction, an antithesis, which contradicts or negates the thesis, and the tension between the two being resolved by means of a synthesis.

Even more simply put, it is the process of creating a problem (thesis) to which there will be a reaction and demands for a solution (antithesis) leading to a solution (synthesis). This has been used repeatedly by our Zionist masters to control the minds of the American people and lead them towards solutions that they would not, under other circumstances, accept.

The most common use of this process has been by Zionist Neo-Conservative warmongers in the "false flag" operations that have been carried out to a political end, usually war against another country, or the so-called Cold War, or as in the "war on terror," against "radical Islam."

It goes without saying that the Neo-Cons in the Bush administration are complicit in the deaths of more than 3,000 innocent American citizens and should be held accountable. What they have committed and covered up is nothing short of an act of treason and over 3,000 counts of murder, not even counting the number of American military personnel killed or wounded nor the number of Iraqi citizens who have died since the war was launched in March of 2003.

As a result of what I have learned in reading about these false flag operations, otherwise known as state terror, I no longer accept similar news unquestioningly. When a so-called terrorist attack occurs, the first question I ask myself is who stands to gain from this? Sadly, the answer is usually the same insane group of lunatics, namely American Zionists working in tandem with the state of Israel.

Once we understand how the Hegelian Dialectic is used to their advantage, we can thwart their plans by refusing to be swayed by their repeated fear-mongering and by standing firm against being embroiled in yet another senseless war.

It is indeed time to wake up and smell the coffee.

Can I take pictures of the police?

Yes. They’re public figures in public places—they shouldn’t expect privacy.

Can a police officer take my camera and/or force me to delete my photos?

No. For a police officer to take your camera he or she either has to have a warrant or reasonable suspicion that it was used in an offence. (Stop beating people with your cameras.) If that’s the case, it would be considered evidence, and deleting your photos would be counter-productive. They can ask you to delete your photos, but you have the right to refuse and, in most cases, the police have no legal recourse. They also can’t take your notes, tape recorders or film. If you are close to a crime scene (and not a part of the crime) the police’s right to search you is no different from any other day, any other place.

Am I obstructing justice by taking pictures?

Maybe, but probably not. Ask yourself, did my photography impede the officers’ ability to do their jobs? If yes, was it intentional? If your intentions are benign, precedent dictates that you’re not committing a crime.

What do I do if I’m arrested?

Our right not to be arbitrarily detained or imprisoned is enshrined in the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. First, don’t put yourself in a position where you could be arrested for other reasons—if you’re drunk in public, violent, or destroying property, you are actually doing something illegal, and it weakens your case substantially.

If you are going into a situation where you’re worried about being unlawfully arrested, leave a trail of evidence documenting the situation. Bring reliable witnesses and tell them to take notes right away if something happens. Call yourself on your cell phone—that way you’ll have an audio recording of what was said stored in an offsite location. If you didn’t have the foresight to do this planning, go about collecting evidence as soon as you can after you’re released—the longer you leave it, the less persuasive things become.

And always follow it up—file a complaint, call a lawyer. If you turn the other cheek no one will know what happened, and there will be no fair process to determine if abuses took place. by Joe Rayment

The key players are now all in place in Washington and in state governments across America to officially label carbon dioxide as a pollutant and enact laws that tax we citizens for our carbon footprints. Only two details stand in the way, the faltering economic times and a dramatic turn toward a colder climate. The last two bitter winters have led to a rise in public awareness that there is no runaway global warming. The public is now becoming skeptical of the claim that our carbon footprints from the use of fossil fuels is going to lead to climatic calamities.

How did we ever get to this point where bad science is driving big government to punish the citizens for living the good life that fossil fuels provide for us?

So today we have the acceptance of carbon dioxide as the culprit of global warming. It is concluded that when we burn fossil fuels we are leaving a dastardly carbon footprint which we must pay Al Gore or the environmentalists to offset. Our governments on all levels are considering taxing the use of fossil fuels. The Federal Environmental Protection Agency is on the verge of naming CO2 as a pollutant and strictly regulating its use to protect our climate. The new President and the US congress are on board. Many state governments are moving on the same course.

We are already suffering from this CO2 silliness in many ways. Our energy policy has been strictly hobbled by no drilling and no new refineries for decades. We pay for the shortage this has created every time we buy gas. On top of that the whole thing about corn based ethanol costs us millions of tax dollars in subsidies. That also has driven up food prices. And, all of this is a long way from over.

And, I am totally convinced there is no scientific basis for any of it.

The German Philosopher Johann Von Goethe, once said, there are none more hopelessly enslaved, than those who falsely believe they are free.

Barack Obama; Hollywood President in the White House

Yesterday, Barack Obama was installed as president of the decomposing empire of the United States. A few months ago I wrote an inaugural address for Obama. According to the strange serendipity of the internet, I wound up at the top of the Google search results for the keywords and over the last couple of days I have been receiving tens of thousands of hits. This has brought me visits from personality types who don’t usually find themselves in places like my blogs.

The readership at my blogs consists of highly literate and well-informed individuals. They find their way here because they go to real news sites. These are not the sort of people who get their news from the mainstream media. These new visits and the relative intelligence of these individuals are reflected in the responses they are leaving in my comments section. I’m hearing tired canards about ‘taking your meds’. I’m hearing from people who are going to hunt down and kill anyone who criticizes Obama. I’m receiving comments from people who haven’t a clue about 9/11 and who believe it’s just something in the past and doesn’t matter to the present and the future of their country. It’s all very revealing.

These people are so far away from the truth about their situation that seeking to inform them about anything is tantamount to speaking to them in a foreign language which they will never learn. You might as well be talking to your house cat about electricity.

The storm clouds are gathered on the horizon. In the midst of the cheering and celebrations, the sleeping classes are dancing in their dreams while their house is on fire. They are in the same situation as a driver going down the highway who is ignoring every sign and traffic light. It is hard to feel sorry for people like this. These are the sorts of people who will seek to do you bodily harm for telling them something intended to save and protect them.

Even though I and others like me move through your world we are not a part of it. Our world is as foreign to you as a lawnmower is to a headhunter. Your world seems to us like a suicidal madness where you believe what you are told by people who consider you suckers, fools and disposable as the plastic wrappers that cover the processed foods you consume in order to feed the medical industries who rely on your poor health for profit and survival.

I think back over the centuries and wonder at all the times that your shiny, believing faces have gazed in awe and hope upon the leaders whose intention was to destroy you. I think of all the pointless wars, designed for the profit of those who created them, into which you marched to brass bands and waving banners. I think of the witch hunts and the religious leaders who convinced you that your God was a bloodthirsty demon who would destroy everyone but yourselves.

I think of all the great art that you venerate and will never understand. I think about the books like “Candide” and the works of Kafka and Orwell. I think of the clear exposition of the destiny of our repeating personality types as expressed in the works of Shakespeare and I see you chewing your gum like the cows chew their cuds in the field. You will never understand the intentions of these authors and you will never understand yourself as you are. You dance across the surface of life and you mock those who have your best interests at heart while you present your necks for the headsman. There is nothing you can be told. You flutter by like butterflies that live for a day and cannot conceive of what is obvious to the purposes of the lives made different than your own.

Now you have a president whose knowledge of the tasks before him are the equal of a child in grammar school presented with a problem in theoretical physics. He’s a Hollywood president. He’s a man who might play the part in a television show and he only has to look the part. It’s not the same as real life. In real life there are no convenient scripts where one only has to repeat their lines. There is no need here to understand the problems because the problems are all solved by the waving of a magic wand between commercial breaks.

Hope and change are the slogans of a product that promises results than cannot be delivered. They are a call to arms against an enemy who is yourself. Hope is best defined in the phrase, “wish in one hand and shit in the other.” Change and the promise of improvement are best understood in the belief that you can achieve different results by doing the same thing over again. But you do not want to hear this. This is like fingernails drawn down a blackboard. This provokes the rage behind your denial and though it is never different, you believe that this time it will be different.

Here we have a lawyer with no practical grasp beyond his profession who intends to change your world without either the tools or the skills to accomplish it. Therefore these tasks will be handed over to the very elements that have brought you to where you are today. His chief adviser is an on site representative of a foreign nation which is the greatest enemy your country has beside epidemic ignorance and a childish enthusiasm for magic wands and miracle products. You have my sympathies.

How many times and in how many lands have you been seduced by grand promises and stirring rhetoric? How many times have you been fleeced and led into penury? How many times have you been whipped by the fear of manufactured enemies?

Obama falls to his knees before the nation of Israel and you dance about with stardust in your eyes and think how fine a thing it is that you live in the greatest nation on Earth. How great can your nation be when those elected or appointed to serve you have their first allegiance to a tiny little country whose main industry is practicing genocide on their neighbors? What do you think of their representatives spying on your nation, attacking your nation under the guise of others? What do you think of their destruction of your financial system? Even your own propaganda mills of the main stream media report on the actions of these representatives every day from Jack Abramoff to Bernie Madoff. What do you think? You do not think. You cannot think.

How can your Hollywood president have your best interests at heart when his first concern is the commands and directives of a foreign power? What kind of a president is unable to speak out against the publicly performed murder and torment of one of the weakest peoples on Earth? You see it there as day follows day. You see it on the electronic altar of your real God which is your television set.

It is only fitting that you should have a Hollywood president for you are a Hollywood people whose lives have no more substance than the characters in the programs that you watch. You are manipulated by and enthralled with those whose primary intention is to deceive and abuse you and you have your fingers in your ears while you scream to blot out the voice of truth that must, perforce, find another means to inform you; those who cannot hear must feel.

A president who does not have the interests of his own country before all others cannot be a welcome or competent leader. A president who can see the truth but will not speak the truth is a compromised tool in the hands of others. Hope and change; we shall see what hope shall come. Change will come regardless and it will reflect the will of those empowered to animate it. It will come according to the understanding of those affected by it. The popcorn, candy and soft drinks can be purchased in the lobby.

9/11 Truth Is "Splitting the Sky"

John Boncore was born in Buffalo, New York on January 7, 1952. His Mohawk name, Dacajeweiah, translated into English means "Splitting the Sky". From the age of seven he endured many years in New York foster homes and youth detention centres where he was ill-treated. Eventually he would become the only man convicted as a ringleader of the infamous 1971 Attica State Prison rebellion in upstate New York, in the course of which 43 inmates were killed. This event has inspired several movies -- "Against the Wall" (1994) starring Samuel L. Jackson, and "Attica" (1980) starring Morgan Freeman -- and documentaries including "Attica" (1974), and "The Ghosts of Attica" (2001). He was listed by former UN Ambassador Andrew Young of the Carter administration as the number one political prisoner in the USA in 1975.

Splitting the Sky founded an organization to unite all Indigenous Peoples into a great confederation called the League of Indigenous Sovereign Nations of the Western Hemisphere (LISN). In 1995 he was the Sun Dance Chief at Gustafsen Lake, British Columbia, during the Gustafsen Lake Standoff, which was precipitated by a rancher who attempted to evict the Sun Dancers from what he claimed was his property. The incident turned into a major protest against the occupation of unceded native land. Splitting the Sky was an outspoken critic of the government's handling of the incident and was among those who raised the question of so-called "Aboriginal Title" under international law. Specifically, aboriginal title is enshrined under the Royal Proclamation of 1763, which is validated as an aboriginal right in section (35) of the Canadian Constitution.

On September 10th, 2001, Splitting the Sky and his family were checking out of the Marriott Hotel one block from the World Trade Center in New York. Had he stayed an extra day or two, as was originally planned, he and his family might have suffered the fate of 400 others at that location who lost their lives during the 9/11 tragedy. As if by some intuition, he and his wife decided to cut short their stay and get out of New York City. While many researchers for 9/11 Truth deal with the never ending incongruities and falsehoods of the government's story regarding 9/11, or the various examples of forensic evidence proving controlled demolition, Splitting the Sky has studied the complex web of people and organizations he believes to be the authors of this crime. Through careful deconstruction of the financial entities involved, as well shining the light on those specific figures who occupy the principle seats of power within those structures, he follows the age old maxims of criminology which compel us to "follow the money", as well as determine "who benefits".

The following is his story about the real criminals behind the heinous acts of 9/11.

The Truth

Like any good criminal investigation, the story begins with the obvious questions; who had the means, the opportunity, and the motive? Our inquiry starts at the scene of the crime. The World Trade Center towers at once give us our first important clues as to the identification of some of the principle characters who must figure so prominently in this event. The twin towers were nicknamed "David" and "Nelson" Rockefeller, because they were financed initially by the Rockefeller family. The WTC towers were losing money. Many tenants had already moved out, knowing that these aging buildings were laced with asbestos which required them to be upgraded at a potential cost of billions. Six weeks before they came down, the towers were purchased by Larry Silverstein, who put up $14 million of his own money, along with the Blackstone Group's $111 million, headed by Pete Peterson, in order to secure the purchase of the lease from Lewis Eisenberg, then chairman of the Port Authority of New Jersey. Although most people might naturally think that the Port Authority is owned by the City of New Jersey, they are in actuality a private front organization owned by David Rockefeller. Along with the purchase came a double indemnity insurance policy, which guaranteed a massive payout should the property suffer as a result of a terrorist attack. The twin towers were an asbestos bombshell. Like many buildings constructed in the 1970s, the buildings contained vast quantities of cancer causing asbestos. The cost of removing this material could easily be equal to the value of the structures themselves. In addition, the Port Authority was prohibited from demolishing the towers because the resulting asbestos dust would cover the entire city, which it did anyway when they collapsed, tragically resulting in a multitude of deaths, cancers, and respiratory illnesses which are directly attributable to the WTC dust. Larry Silverstein however, has to date been awarded almost 5 billion dollars from 9 different insurance companies, and appears to be breathing just fine.

Hate Speech as Political Rhetoric: Stephen Harper and 911 in the Canadian Election of 2008

Stephen Harper’s campaign has been so unrelenting in its undifferentiated smearing of the entire international movement seeking 911 Truth that it has extended the frontiers of hate speech as political rhetoric. So ruthless has the Harper Team been on this theme that it can henceforth be identified as one of the world’s foremost agencies in the ongoing 911 Cover Up.

Harper’s campaign applied a variation of the tactics employed during the Cold War by Joseph McCarthy’s infamous Congressional Committee on Un-American Activities. In late September the Harper Team’s news releases went ballistic in its McCarthyesque push to characterize as un-Canadian each and every citizen who calls attention to the simple fact that the Bush-led War on Terror rests on nothing but an unproven conspiracy theory.That untenable official conspiracy theory begins with the premise that 19 Saudi high jackers armed with nothing but box cutters, a smattering of flight training and jihadist zeal succeeded in executing the most devastating attack on the continental United States since the War of 1812.

Harper’s Team leaped to the head of the 911 Cover Up Movement when it attempted to exploit for political gain a factually incorrect point included in a paper written in 2002 by the former Liberal candidate in Winnipeg, Lesley Hughes. While Hughes was wrong in her details, she is far from alone in her more general position that many intelligence services had prior knowledge that something very drastic was about to happen in the days and weeks leading up to 911. One of those intelligence services was indeed that of Israel. The Israeli government’s understanding of the situation was almost certainly connected to the activities of an Israeli spy ring posing as art students especially in the Hollywood Florida region. If I’m inaccurate on the issues of Israeli spies inside the United States prior to 911, then so are the reports I have been reading about it in many mainstream media venues including those of Die Zeit, Der Spiegel, Le Monde, CounterPunch, Intelligence.online, BBC, Fox News, the Sunday Herald in Scotland and the Sunday Telegraph in Great Britain to mention only a few. Will the Harperites and their operates in the right-wing blogosphere insist I am un-Canadian and a bigot for reporting what I have seen in these mainstream media vehicles? Are the sources I have read to be scorched from the record in a book burning campaign of information cleansing?

The Harper team crossed the line into lunatic hate talk in its effort to stamp out a citizens’ campaign aimed at securing commitment from politicians that, if elected, they will push for a Canadian investigation into the Canadian angle on the events of 911, including the death of two dozen of our citizens in the Twin Towers. Rather than deal with the nuances and complexities of the 911 issues on their merit, the Harper Team went into high witch hunt mode. It acted more like the thuggish storm troopers of Crown thought police rather than the brain trust of a mainstream Canadian political party.

In the initial Conservative press release on 911 the Harper Team quoted Conservative candidate Peter Kent. Kent collectively slandered all those many individuals seeking 911 Truth as "one of Canada’s most notorious hate mongering fringe movements." What a self-incriminating slur to fall from the lips of the Scud Stud’s news reading brother. The subsequent Conservative press releases continued to follow this hysterical line labeling all those seeking 911 truth as "fanatics," "incoherent," "hateful," "discredited" "offensive" and "repugnant." According to the would-be thought police of the 911 Cover Up Party, the movement composed of those seeking 911 truth "is notorious for holding anti-Semitic views."

Excuse me! Who here is carrying the most heavy burden of the legacy of anti-Jewish barbarity? It needs to be remembered that the terrible genocide of the Holocaust was initiated on the political right, not the social democratic middle; that George Bush’s grandfather was far from alone among US and British investment bankers in siding with Hitler rather than Roosevelt. It need to be remembered that Harper’s right-wing heartland of Alberta was until fairly recently the home of some of the notorious anti-Semites in Canadian history.

Harper’s disinformation and smear campaign lies well outside the sphere of legitimate political debate at this election time. This hate-inspired, hate-generating language is directed not at an individual. Like a carpet bomb, rather, it is calculated to maim indiscriminately a whole group made up of many people of varying ages, backgrounds, abilities and ideologies. We 911 truthers disagree on many things except one. Almost all us who have decided to think independently rather than to accept at face value the public mythology of 911 agree on one thing. In all our diversity, with all our warts and halos, we basically agree on the necessity of a credible investigation conducted by a distinguished panel of disinterested jurists informed by the ideals of genuine third-party adjudication. Only in this way can we overcome the impediments to 911 Truth put in place by the likes of political appointee Philip Zelikow, the Executive Director and primary author of the discredited 9/11 Commission’s report. But don’t take my word for it. Break free from the information monopoly of the media conglomerates . Google the subject and explore the facts, arguments and opinions for yourself.

The Conservative Party hate speech was directed in the first instance at the Liberal Party, who gave in to the shameful rhetorical blackmail. Then the witch hunters turned their attention to the NDP. Although Jack Layton has yet to explain where he agrees or disagrees with his friend Barry Zwicker, the NDP leader chose not to go along with the Inquisition by pulling the plug on Bev Collins.

While the Harper Team’s first target was the political parties, I believe the larger agenda is to prevent the Canadian public from listening to the growing chorus calling attention to the growing litany of lies and crimes embedded at the origins of George Bush’s phony War on Terror. The hate speech of the Harper Conservatives is constructed by design to harm the quality of relations between 911 truthers and their communities, associates and loved ones. The hate speech is so extreme that it effectively attacks the very life support systems of those who proudly proclaim the need for 911 truth. Isn’t the Prime Minister attempting to isolate and stigmatize the 911 truthers in the conduct of our relations with all kinds of authorities, from police officers, to teachers, to employers, to social service agencies. In this way the brutal hate language of the Conservative campaign resembles racist campaigns of other places and times. But instead of targeting the members of a race, Harper’s hate speech operatives target a vast array of ideas and information as if it is all unified by some racist content and inspiration. That is outrageous! The silence has been deafening as the chilling effect has set in.

Rather than ethnic cleansing, the Harper Conservatives have engaged in a concerted attempt of intellectual cleansing aimed at stopping the fast unraveling of the 911 Cover Up. A shared interest in maintaining the 911 Cover Up has long united Bush and Harper. If these like-minded lobbyists for the oil industry had nothing to hide, wouldn’t they be happy to encourage those of us seeking a real investigation into the many documented features of the 911 saga that do not conform with the interpretations we were given just as the Great Shock was beginning to sink in during September of 2001?

The editors of the annual publication listing the top censored stories of 2009 have just included in their most current list the failure of the North American media to report on the inroads of the 911 Truth Movement into the parliamentary proceedings of the Japanese government. Are the decisions of those editors and the viewpoints of Japanese 911 truthers like House of Councillors representative, Yukihisa Fujita, to be explained away by the likes of Stephen Harper as the demented hate mongering of crazed anti-Semites?

A Canadian View of the War on Terror's Origins

Framing the Issues

During this, the season of the seventh anniversary of 911, we must continue to increase the effectiveness of our transnational peace lobby aimed at extending the Nuremberg process towards an international investigation into the war crimes and crimes against humanity committed in the name of the War on Terror. Such an investigation must begin by asking some foundational questions about the underlying crime that gave rise to the War on Terror. Were the events of 911 orchestrated by a very different cast of characters and for very different motives than those identified in the trial by media that began with unseemly haste on the very day of the Great Shock?[i] Is the War on Terror a War on Truth? Did the official conspiracy theory originate in a web of lies, distortions and cover-ups expressed to this day in the dense shroud of public mythology surrounding the events of 911? We must empower a credible international tribunal of esteemed jurists with sufficient independence to asses on its own merits the growing body of evidence to indicate that the destruction of the Twin Towers and World Trade Centre 7, together with the hit on the Pentagon, were caused by something considerably more elaborate than the actions of nineteen young Saudis equipped with nothing but box cutters, flight training and jihadist zeal.

Too much state terror and too much state criminality has occurred since 911 not to revisit the scene of the crime that created the springboard for such systemic and unrelenting abuses of authority and sacred trusts vested in our governments. Was the whole 911 operation really planned and instigated by a band of Islamic extremists acting alone? Was the whole undertaking really planned and coordinated in distant Eurasian caves, ones conveniently located on planned pipeline routes meant to tap the last large reserves of unexploited Middle Eastern oil? Was the role of Wall Street in the events of 911 confined to that of victim? Or are some central figures in America's commercial capital more implicated in the crime's planning, execution and outcomes than our governments and the commercial media would have us believe? Who benefited most from the events of 911? Who had the motives and who had the means? Wouldn't any truly independent inquiry into what actually transpired on 911 begin by addressing such fundamental questions and then work from there?

From Manifest Destiny to the Cold War to the War on Terror

The War on Terror continues old patterns that developed in the transcontinental, hemispheric and global expansions of the United States. This twenty-first century war without end gives new expression to the old mythology of American Manifest Destiny. The term Manifest Destiny is a code to identify the idea that God himself has given ample manifestation of his wish that the people, government and corporations of the United States have a special role to play in realizing the hegemonic destiny of Western civilization. In the nineteenth century the public mythology of Manifest Destiny generated broad public support for the US annexation of Texas, Mexico, Hawaii, and the Philippines. The adherents of Manifest Destiny also planned to acquire the northern portion of North America. My country, however, was saved from falling under the reign of the Stars and Stripes. As I outline in considerable detail in The American Empire and the Fourth World, my country retained its sovereignty because a strategic alliance between Great Britain and the very effective fighting forces of Tecumseh's Indian Confederacy repelled the US Armed Force�s invasion of Canada during the War of 1812. [ii]

Following is a letter I've received more than once as an email. It was written by a Canadian woman in New Brunswick to her local newspaper, this type of thinking represents the most reprehensible form of hate speech imaginable. She's upset because her indoctrination has led her to believe the stories about 19 hijackers flying planes into buildings on 9/11. It does not matter to her that we have never been given one shred of evidence for the official narrative concerning 9/11, or that the government destroyed evidence, or omitted vital testimony proving controlled demolition from their so-called investigation. For decades she has watched movies and television shows depicting a stereotype for Muslims - a constant theme of radical Islamic types, hell-bent on destroying Western society and able to blow themselves up at a moment's notice. She believes the government and the media which continually feed her propaganda which frames the backdrop for such horrendous attitudes. I know that many of you reading this letter will no doubt identify with this woman and her opinions, but I ask you to consider this - I am just one out of hundreds of millions of people on this earth who firmly believe, and have irrefutable proof of, the fact that the US government was complicit in the mass-murder of its own citizens on 911. Now, you can call me crazy for making such a statement, you can start parroting a bunch of blather about "conspiracy theories" and "tin foil hats", or you can get off your ass and research this crucial issue and find out the ugly truth for yourself.

What a sad indictment of our human race - that people could be so malevolent as to manufacture opinions inciting good, honest folks to feel such such hatred towards others in this world, and provide them with false justification for torture and genocide - I do weep for all humanity.

Did nearly three thousand men, women and children die a horrible, burning or crushing death that day,
or didn't they?

And I'm supposed to care that a a few Taliban were claiming to be tortured by a justice system of
the nation they come from and are fighting against in a brutal insurgency.

I'll start caring when Osama bin Laden turns himself in and repents for incinerating all those innocent people on 9/11.

I'll care about the Koran when the fanatics in the Middle East start caring about the Holy Bible, the
mere belief of which is a crime punishable by beheading in Afghanistan.

I'll care when these thugs tell the world they are sorry for hacking off Nick Berg's head while Berg screamed
through his gurgling slashed throat.

I'll care when the cowardly so-called 'insurgents' in Afghanistan come out and fight like men instead
of disrespecting their own religion by hiding in mosques.

I'll care when the mindless zealots who blows themselves up in search of nirvana care about the
innocent children within range of their suicide bombs.

I'll care when the Canadian media stops pretending that their freedom of speech on stories is more
important than the lives of the soldiers on the ground or their families waiting a home to hear about
them when something happens.

In the meantime, when I hear a story about a CANADIAN soldier roughing up an Insurgent terrorist to
obtain information, know this:

I don't care.

When I see a wounded terrorist get shot in the head when he is told not to move because he might be
booby-trapped, you can take it to the bank:

When I hear that a prisoner, who was issued a Koran and a prayer mat, and fed 'special' food that is
paid for by my tax dollars, is complaining that his holy book is being 'mishandled,' you can absolutely
believe in your heart of hearts:

This brilliant presentation is 'a Must See' and well worth a few hours of one's time:

I was reticent to give David Icke a listen for a long time because of references to aliens and other phenomena, but then I spoke with a few people I respect quite a bit who kept insisting that he is spot on with 95% of what he says, but there's always a little bit that stretches the bounds of credulity. Given that I have too much empirical data that demonstrates my own constraint regarding personal opinion that gets shattered upon arrival of new information - I decided to give him an honest hearing. I've been quite surprised as a result.

Note: I still don't accept 100% of what he says (true for almost everybody I listen to), but that 98% I concur with is in no way mitigated by the 2% I don't understand or agree with at this point. Perhaps this is a personal limitation on my knowledge, or maybe its a strength. I will just have to see somebody shape-shift before my eyes and whip out their tail before I believe such stories, not trusting the mere testimony of anyone who writes a few lines on a website, or gets up on stage to speak.

Last night I had the privilege of seeing Percy Schmeiser speak to a group of people here in Victoria BC at the St. Ann's Academy Hall. In case you are unfamiliar with his story, you can read a short synopsis here on Wikipedia:

I'm glad I got to see him in person and hear the story from its source. I couldn't help but be impressed by this man's clarity of thought, his consistency in the delivery of his message, and most of all an aura of dignified resolution that I believe comes from his dedication to truth and justice. What a brilliant example of moral rectitude and proof positive of the indomitable human spirit.

When I left the lecture I randomly picked a radio interview on my media player. Coincidentally, the program was Red Ice Creations out of Sweden, and the guest was this fellow Ian Crane talking about Codex Alimentarius, GMO food, and related items. Of course within the first few moments of the program they start talking about Monsanto and Percy Schmeiser. This was an odd little coincidence life throws at us now and then, or symbolic synchronicity.

The only thing that has recently sparked a nationwide uproar in the Canadian public is the threat by the CBC to drop the popular theme song to Hockey Night in Canada, a ditty played before each game for the last forty years; a threat to let this musical icon, this signature anthem beloved by testosterone-crazed professional hockey fans, slip into limbo.

Well, as W.O. Mitchell would have said, “Wouldn’t this just give a dog’s ass the heartburn!” Does Dunt-da-Dunt-da-dunt define Canada?

Does the public become incensed about the destruction of Canadian sovereignty advocated in the Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP) that would create a North American Union of Canada, the U.S. and Mexico (the NAU), and the use of a common currency named the Amero? Signed by then Prime Minister Paul Martin in Waco, Texas in March of 2005, followed by further semi-secret meetings in Banff, Alta, in 2006, in Montebello, Quebec in Aug of 2007, and New Orleans in April of 2008. This group discuss and decide policy on water rights in Canada, counter-drug dealings in Mexico, transportation, migration, environment, health, to name only a few subject matters. All this with nil congressional or parliamentary oversight, authorization or discussion in any of the three countries involved.

Does this anti-democratic effort to amalgamate Canada, the U.S. and Mexico get much attention from the Canadian electorate? Not at all, most will tell you they never even heard of it. No debate in Parliament, you say? Where do you come up with bullshine like that? Never heard of such cowabunga; you have to be puttin’ me on sir; and why should I give a continental damn in any case. You don't get to call your wife or husband. And you don't get visitors.

These days –who cares if you are innocent? Bush has assumed the power to 'define' you as a terrorist. Conceivably, you could be locked up in one of Bush's hell-holes for the rest of your life. You may never get your day in court. But if you dare to protest that you are an American citizen, you risk getting kicked in the balls, tasered, strip searched and beaten. In Houston, in the seventies, a young Hispanic male was accused of being rowdy in a bar. He was never charged. Rather, Houston cops took him to a secluded part of Buffalo Bayou, beat the crap out of him, and thew him into Buffalo Bayou where he drowned.

Big Brother Bush spies on you. As early as 2002, Bush secretly ordered the National Security Agency (NSA) to monitor, intercept, and keep records on international phone calls and emails. They have simply declared they don't need court orders, they don't need probable cause, they don't need authorization, they don't even need 'reasonable suspicion', Gen. Michael Hayden's fictitious, delusional and non-existent standard. The Constitution requires 'probable cause' but you can forget about that in Bush's dictatorship. As Bush himself put it: “Stop throwing up the Constitution to me. It's just a Goddamned piece of paper”

As my readers know, I suspect that most “competing” groups/ideologies actually have been created or subverted by a single force: a satanic cult, the Illuminati (Sabbatean-Frankist Jews and cabalistic Freemasons.) This clique is empowered by a cartel of cartels, beginning with world central banking, based in London. My working hypothesis is that most wars/conflicts are orchestrated by this satanic cult. The same people secretly manipulate events on both sides to undermine “all collective forces except our own” (“The Protocols of Zion”) and establish world government tyranny (a.k.a. "globalization.") In other words, an Occult Elite is waging war on humanity and we don't even know it.

In the Protocols, the author, who I suspect was the Sabbatean Lionel Rothschild, writes that their goal is: "To wear everyone out by dissension, animosities, feuds, famine, inoculation of diseases, want, until the Gentiles sees no other way of escape except by appeal to our money and our power." (Protocol 10) [And] "... enable us to absorb without disturbance all the governmental forces of the world and thus form a super-government." (Protocol 5)

Creating conflict makes fiendish sense. If they were to declare their true intention, they would meet opposition from all sides. Instead they create and hide behind competing forces and manipulate the outcome ensuring that "true believers" (the uncorrupted) die in the process. Everyone is so busy fighting, they can't see the real foe and the real agenda.

Global Warming is yet another created conflict. The Club of Rome talked about using it as a fabricated “enemy” 20 years ago. (See “The Vacuum” in “The First Global Revolution” 1991 by Alexander King.) On one side you have Al Gore, Illuminati in good standing. On the other side, you have films made by debunkers that are featured on the BBC, an Illuminati mouthpiece. Obviously this debate is certified "Masonic Kosher."

CONCLUSION

Our political life is essentially an illusion. As early as 1823, Hoene Wronski wrote: “Secret societies are detached into groups distinct and apparently opposed, professing respectively and in turn the most contrary opinions of the day, so as to direct, apart and with confidence, all parties, political, religious, economic, and literary. They, in order to receive common direction, are again united to an unknown centre...an Unknown Supreme Committee who governs the world.”

Our "Leaders" -- Whose Sick Joke?

Our political life is a grotesque carnival designed to convince the rubes they live in a democracy. This is so they will pay taxes and lay down their lives for their betters.

Our true rulers have determined that we shall have no real say in our collective future. Like livestock, we will chew our collective cud on sex, drugs, toys and trivia, which they will supply in abundance.

This explains why the mass media (incl. movies) and education long ago ceased to deal in reality, or teach civics or history. Instead they are engines of deception and conformity.

The US election is really a job competition where a shortlist of candidates vie for the privilege of selling the public on the central bankers' agenda. Even this process is fixed, as the bankers naturally prefer the candidates who are most corrupt and dissolute and therefore most blackmail-able and obedient.

There hasn't been a President in the last 100 years who hasn't been controlled by the Rothschilds via the Rockefellers. The ones that resisted were poisoned (Harding); murdered (JFK) or framed (Nixon.)

The mass media and education systems function to legitimize the criminals, perverts and traitors, I mean "leaders."

Our collective life is a fraud because our national credit is controlled by private banking families. They have assumed control of the economy, undermined civilization, and installed compromised pseudo leaders to sabotage society.

Don't doubt for a moment -- mankind has the means and the smarts to solve all its problems quickly. But that is not the destiny the money masters have in mind for us.

The tragic wars which have marred modern history and caused untold suffering were caused by a relatively few sick minds who hate God and humanity. Their demented centuries-old plot is just entering its final stage.

THE MUST-HAVE WAR

People are scratching their heads and wondering just what it the agenda driving this push for yet another war in Iran. Figuring out Israel's agenda is easy. Israel just does not like it's neighbors and as long as American blood gets spilled into the sand to kill Israel's enemies, Israel is perfectly happy to see the situation continue along for as long as possible. Hey, it's not THEIR kids getting killed.

But as for Bush and his Cabal, what is the agenda for invading Iran. Observers have suggested that our government is being bribed and blackmailed, again by Israel, to send Americans to die in wars on Israel's enemies. It is no secret that AIPAC pours millions of dollars into Congressional and Presidential campaigns. AIPAC has a long track record of being able to remove anyone from Congress who does not toe the Israeli line. You can ask Paul Findlay and Cynthia McKinney about that.

But in my opinion, the real agenda is not war on Israel's enemies, or US enemies. The agenda is the existence of war itself. That is, the agenda is simply to start a major where, and the location and target are irrelevant.

There may be more than enough compelling evidence to bring them to trial, but that would presuppose there was a sphere of justice in control. There is not. It's like asking the serial-killing pedophile to look after the girls dorm for the weekend. And so the mantra of the psychologically diseased gets repeated ad nauseam. War on terror. Al Qaeda. Bin Laden. Radical Muslims. On and on. That's all they have. The impetus of their conspiracy theory dissipates on a daily basis as the numbers of awakened individuals is increasing exponentially.

In the six years since the tragic events of September 11th, 2001, the mainstream media in America has largely been a mouthpiece of the Bush administration. All of the major networks including ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, and others had until recently, been silently complicit in the cover-up of the events of that day, the un-Constitutional wars that would follow, and the steady erosion of our Constitutionally protected rights.

When the “9-11 Truth” community grew to the point that it could no longer be ignored, these same networks that had ignored the issue for so long began to attack individuals and groups of individuals who were seeking answers to the lingering questions which still remain about 9-11. As the success of various truth movements continues to broaden, these attacks have now escalated to include Peace activists, monetary reform activists, and now even supporters of Presidential candidate Ron Paul. Recent attacks have suggested that the 9-11 movement, Peace activists, and Ron Paul supporters are terrorists, and some in the media have implied that we should be silenced.

THEREFORE: We intend to compile a comprehensive Black List of the advertisers who support this anti-American programming and urge concerned parties to boycott these products and services until the product advertisements are pulled.

Did Bush Watch the Torture Tapes?

A man gets up from the sofa, walks into the kitchen and takes the last piece of scrumptious chocolate cake. He eats it. It is SO good. He wasn't supposed to eat it though, it was being saved for another family member who had to work late and missed dinner. It was a rotten thing to do. When the family member finally comes home tired and hungry, a dinner plate is quickly set down for them but there's no chocolate cake for dessert.

The woman says to the man, "Honey, did you eat the last piece of chocolate cake?"

The man says, "I don't recall eating it dear".

"That's odd", she replies, scratching her head. "Where on earth could it have gotten off to?"

The man grins as he brushes the last few cake crumbs off his chest. He's gotten away with it and he didn't even have to lie about it. He thinks he's so clever. By simply sidestepping the question with an abrupt change of subject, both the question and the only two possible answers changed. "I don't recall" is not an answer to the original question. There is a definite answer though. It's either yes or it's no, whether anyone 'recalls' it or not.

Sidestepping the answer by changing the question is a staple tactic of the bush gang. They all have the worst memories on the face of the earth too. They do this routinely and they get away with it routinely. The best part for them is they can never be busted or punished for being big fat liars. They haven't technically lied. If they lied that could be proven and they could be prosecuted. But good luck trying to prove whether or not anyone can remember something.

One of the most interesting videos I've seen on YouTube is a news piece called:

Building Stonehenge - This Man can Move Anything

About this video - Wally Wallington has demonstrated that he can lift a Stonehenge-sized pillar weighing 22,000 lbs and moved a barn over 300 ft. What makes this so special is that he does it using only himself, gravity, and his incredible ingenuity.

If you take six minutes to watch this video, you will see Wally demonstrate how he moves these gigantic blocks of stone without the aid of machinery. Using simple principles involving levers, gravity, buckets of sand, and his resourcefulness - he is able to manipulate these huge objects and replicate such monolithic structures as found at Stonehenge or in Egyptian style obelisks. In one segment he demonstrates his technique for moving a block of stone weighing over a ton by tilting it with wooden boards, and then placing a few pebbles underneath so he can rotate this massive object and thereby position it quite easily.

Aside from the simple genius of this man's method, I believe there is an important allegorical message inherent to this approach. When you can determine the point of incongruity in an argument, it is analogous to finding a tiny pebble - which, if placed correctly, will enable one man to move a mountain - or one idea to change the world. Knowing exactly where to place the pebble, or finding the point of balance where the weight of an argument will determine the direction of thought, we can affect change with only the slightest use of force in relation to the magnitude of the problem.

Corporate Disobedience: A Shrill Hysteria in the Fascist Press

It's not civil disobedience, but corporate disobedience -- upsetting the corporate control paradigm -- that just plain flips out the media oligarchs and their loyal proxies.

The most powerful weapon the corporate state has is editorial control. The information clampdown is total, on certain topics. No "debate" is allowed, and opposition voices are not permitted to appear despite the validity of their case, or the amount and quality of evidence they can provide. Opposition is routinely written out of history, and it is demonized when it refuses to remain silent.

The Bill Maher case is enlightening, because he not only has taken a position on specific 9/11 issues (the official position), he has also viciously attacked skeptics as somehow mentally inferior, and in need of "Paxil." This as he hosts a debate show that adamantly refuses to debate these topics at all, even as 1/3rd of Americans disagree with Maher's overall view about the attacks [Scripps Poll, July 2006]. One hundred million Americans get no place and no representation at Maher's debate table (while they are slandered without recourse).

9/11 And Other Optical Illusions

There's a wonderful optical illusion which involves a graphic of a ballerina spinning around on one leg. It's called:

"The Spinning Silhouette Optical Illusion"

This illusion elucidates a very important principle concerning subjective reality, and helps to illustrate a point about the vastly differing views people can hold about events such as 9/11. Some people who look at the spinning figure will first affirm that she is bouncing on her left leg while twirling in a clockwise direction. Others may avow that she is instead bouncing on her right leg and spinning in a counterclockwise direction. Indeed, you can have a few people looking at this animated graphic at the same time and not agree as to what is happening. This idea is not really foreign to many people who have made the journey from one belief about 9/11 to its diametrical opposite.

"First Man In" for Truth

Myself and 100 other people had the good fortune to see William Rodriguez speak in Nanaimo, BC on Sept 17th, 2007. There are many things quite remarkable about this man, his rare sense of integrity being chief among them. I had heard him before on a radio show, it was a fascinating interview where he went into some detail about his youth, his career in magic, and just some of the noteworthy people he has been associated with throughout his extraordinary life so far. Working at the World Trade Center for 20 years, he was one of a small group of people who possessed a master key to the building. That fact, along with his intimate knowledge of this huge complex, permitted firefighters easier access, and therefore more people could be saved. Rodriguez is a humble man who makes references to the fact that he is just a janitor, but in truth, he is a powerful individual with an amazing story to tell. Through his experiences we see revealed a man who possesses incredible loyalty, uncommon bravery, and the strength of his convictions concerning truth and justice.

More than 2 hours sped by all too fast as we heard his first person account of events that occurred at the World Trade Center on 9/11. I was surprised to hear him tell of the many instances where he kept going back into the building to rescue strangers and try and save his friends. Not surprising is the fact that all of his testimony about the bombs going off before the planes hit was omitted from the official 9/11 Commission Report - as a matter of fact there is no mention of William Rodriguez at all, or the many others who would have to be considered prime witnesses in any real investigation.
